Implementation and Execution

Goals Include:
Design displays, jump pages, mini websites and content to meet strategy goals
Design/program forms to collect data and contacts
Layout content
Meet all timelines

Deliverables:
Develop all creative
Provide proof for Client
Approval from Client
Execute all programming
Integrate campaign into the newsletter
Second - Third week out Either consult or provide the actual development of campaign elements. Work with the Client to ensure accurate and timely development, approvals and launch.

Either provide professional creative or assist ChannelMedia in the campaign development.

Tracking

Goals Include:
Secure online reporting section

Post Newsletter Provide Client with a secure online reporting section that tracks results. Save reports after each campaign.

Analysis and Campaign Refinement

Goals Include:
Review the goals of the campaign and assess if the deliveables met the goals
Adjust campaign and implement strategy
Post Newsletter(s) Provide insight and lead the campaign refinement strategy. Provide insight and feedback as to strengthening the campaign and integration with other marketing programs.
